Return Policy for Online Orders

 

The fastest and easiest way to contact me about a return or exchange is through the Simply George Boutique Facebook page.

•You have 30 days from the package arrival date to contact me about a return.

•A couple of different pictures of the garment must be sent to me, along with a picture of the digital receipt to be considered for a return.

•All tags must be attached and there must not be any sign of the garment having been worn or other damage to the item.

•If the return is approved from the pictures, I will email you a shipping label. However, this will be with the understanding that I may still reject the return once I can inspect the item in person.

•Refunds will be issued ONLY after final assessment of the garment.
